Junior Game Designer, Game Designer

  • Wrote and maintained comprehensive documentation for 3 different game projects, working with both artists and programmers to create a shared vision.

  • Developed, tested, and improved game mechanics and systems.

  • Designed narrative from story scripts and character profiles to game-ready dialogues.

  • Worked in Unity and Unreal to implement assets, balance and improve gameplay.

  • Wrote and maintained GDDs, asset lists and work breakdown structures for 3 different games - Necrocity, Orc Warchief and El Dorado.

  • Worked with programmers to design gameplay mechanics and levels.

  • Created narratives, developed game worlds and wrote dialogues.

  • Worked with the artists to design original characters and created storyboards for cutscenes.

  • Designed UIs, created wireframes and implemented them in Unity and Unreal.

  • Used the game engines to add assets, create levels, test, balance and improve gameplay.

Undead City Builder

Designed main gameplay mechanics, including:

  • City-building - building types, interactions, resources and production chains.

  • Units & Defences - defensive buildings and barracks, special enemies & allies.

  • Tech trees and progression.

Worked in Unity to:

  • Implement assets

  • Create levels

  • Balance values and improve gameplay

  • Implement and polish UI

Created mock-ups for screens and UI layouts.

Developed narrative and characters, wrote dialogues and other in-game text.

Storyboarded and animated cutscenes.

  • Tribe management - orc needs, abilities, interactions and relations.

  • Settlement management - building types,  resources and production chains.
  • Military management - War Parties and raids.
  • Tech trees and progression.

Worked in Unreal to:

  • Implement quest chains

  • Balance values

  • Implement and polish UI through blueprints

Created mock-ups for screens and UI layouts.

Developed narrative and characters.

The Golden City Builder

  • Farming and water management.

  • Population management - social classes, their needs and happiness.
  • Calendar and Religion mechanics.
  • Tech trees and progression.

Created quest chains from tutorial to late game.

Conducted research to ensure historical accuracy and find inspiration.

Created mock-ups for screens and UI layouts.

Developed narrative and characters, wrote dialogues and other in-game text.
