Designed main gameplay mechanics, including:

  • City-building - building types, interactions, resources and production chains.

  • Units & Defences - defensive buildings and barracks, special enemies & allies.

  • Tech trees and progression.

Worked in Unity to:

  • Implement assets

  • Create levels

  • Balance values and improve gameplay

  • Implement and polish UI

Created mock-ups for screens and UI layouts.

  • Worked as part of a team to develop a serious game with an aim of getting parents and children to play together in this digital age.

  • Developed a framework of interactive stories with real-world and AR missions for different ages and interests.

  • Designed the narrative and missions, wrote kid-friendly dialogues.

  • Developed a prototype of the interactive story in a Ren’Py Engine, which was used for pre-release usability testing.

  • Created 2D and 3D assets using an optimized workflow.

  • Designed and developed a mobile AR app in Unity from the ground up to be incorporated as part of the product release.

  • Conducted research and usability testing to help guide the company in the future.
